I downloaded the latest version of approach and deleted all the other versions. I get a message when I launch that says: The Microsoft jet database engine cannot open the file 'C\Program files (x86\Approach20v1\settings.mdb'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view this data.
When I click ok it opens the program, but I can't do anything with it.

Thanks for the programs. I use the approach gauge, I like it a lot. I was wondering about your formula for distance and wind. Is that open to the public. Just wanted to know a little about the math.

Hi Jim I'v been using Approach 16V3 12/02/23 For a long time. I've just reinstalled it as I was having problems with the WA Wind Changing. I can change it in the Courses Tab and it shows up in the Approach Tab but it does not make any changes to the wind calculation. Ps: I'v Stayed with Approach 16V3 as it has every thing I need on the main page.

Based on 6 hole cups per grid. The grid percentage is 100% for each full putting grid.

It's been a while.
I've started using the putting aid.
It works like a dream. Dead accurate.
I am however trying to figure the grids and cups to move.
It shows 0.04 grids and 0.3 cups. I'm not sure how to get the distances from this. If I use the 0.3 as 3 parts of the grid, I get quite close to the hole. Could you let me have some more info on this. Thanks

You can add any club or ball to the driving range program yourself. There are two text files called "BallListing.txt" and "ClubListing.txt" that you can edit them with notepad.

On your club selections IE; Driving range it would be helpful if you added the 3 Hybred to the club selection list.
